Vegetable pulao in ninja foodie

I love rice. Vegetable rice wasn't my go to until I came across this.

It's simple, tasty and easy to make for people starting off learning how to cook food. You won't be embarrassed to rustle this up and serve to your guests.

I did change what I used a little when making it as I didn't have some of the ingredients that were needed in my cupboard at the time. I just wanted to use what was in my cupboard and freezer rather than go outside to get the specific ingredients needed. It worked out really well and it's a hit in my household.

1. I put a little oil into my ninja foodie. I pressed the sauté button.

2. Then I added one sliced onion, with garlic paste, a cinnamon stick, 3 green cardamoms and 3 cloves into the pot

3. I let the onions caramelise a little until they were brown.

4. A little cayenne pepper, some frozen garden peas and some salt to taste was then added.

5. I washed 4 little ninja foodie pots of washed rice into the ninja foodie along with 5 pots of water.

6. Then I whipped out my pressure cooker lid and put it on, making sure that the pointer at the top of the lid was on 'seal'

7. Then click the 'pressure' button. Put the temperature button on 'Hi' and the time to 3.  Then press start. Some lines should go round and round. After that there will be a countdown of 3 minutes. Let it count down. After that leave for 10 minutes and then switch the nob at the top of the pressure lid to release. The air should start coming out. Once it's all out, the silver circle thing on the lid will go down after which you will be able to open the lid safely.

If all the above, sounds like a load of waffle, please go to the link.
